The ice conditions around the Mobridge Area are coming along nicely. We have reports of ice thickness from 8-16" depending on where you are at. In areas where there are heavier snowbanks, the ice is thinner. Getting around is not to bad and access is improving. There is a steady 4-6" of snow on the ice so tracked ATV/UTVs are the best option as well as snowmobiles. Chained up atv's should not have any trouble as well. Indian Creek State Park has the roads and ramp open, and other access points are getting opened up as we speak.
